If you have not done so already, please confirm with someone in HR that your contact information is up to date. You must accept the call, in order to receive the messages. Important Facts To know:

  • The company is preparing a “New Norm of Working” upon your return to work. Stay tune for updates as things are finalized.
  • Your Medical, Dental and Vision benefits will be paid by the company during the furlough/Layoff time. Any elective benefits you chose will be caught up upon your return to work. (Example: additional life benefits).
  • COVID-19 Testing and Treatment is covered at 100%
  • Spending Accounts (HSA and FSA) Over the counter drugs and medicine are now eligible without prescription.
  • Tuition reimbursement will continue.
  • Employees that selected to have company Cell Phones for personal use will have arrears taken out of their check upon their return to work.

  • Temperature will be check prior to entering the building
  • You must complete the Employee Health and Well-being Survey – Survey only can be filled out within (24 Hours) of returning to work. Information is found on the BWIoxford.com website.
  • Mass clock in will be conducted (You will not be required to clock in until further notice)
  • Staggered lunch hours
  • FACE COVERS: Upon returning to work, face covers which were made by Adient employees will be available to be used by all Bridgewater employees and temporary employees. All employees will be required to read and sign a waiver prior to receiving a face cover. Instructions on how to handle and care for the face cover will be made available as well. It is required that you wear a face cover while at work. You will be permitted wear your own, however you will still need to read and sign a wavier.
